Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.

Is housekeeping available mid-stay?

Housekeeping service is included every fourth day for stays over seven days.

Are pets permitted?

All units have a no pet and no smoking policy.

Is there a minimum stay?

Both units have a 5 night minimum rental period.

What is the payment schedule?

To avoid disappointment and to hold your reservation, we ask for the first night's rental at the time of booking, 50% of the balance 60 days before your visit, and the remainder 30 days prior to arrival. Cheque, VISA, MasterCard, and E-Transfer are accepted.

What taxes are applicable?

5% GST and 8% PST.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no additional fees beyond the nightly rate and taxes.

What happens if I cancel the reservation?

We reserve the right to withhold the first night’s rent on cancellation prior to 30 days. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the reservation, we will withhold the first night’s rent if we are able to locate a rental replacement for that same rental period. If we are unable to to rent for the cancelled period, there will be no refund of the funds.
